The work
Five ways to earn inside the studio
Pick one desk. Learn the standard. Ship work a client can actually use.
The studio
A small room for useful skills
Most courses end at a certificate. Learn be Smart ends at a finished piece of work that a client has accepted, and a payment that matches that work. We keep the room small so the review stays human.
Read the storyWe would rather pay you for finished work than sell you another certificate.

Questions
Before you join
Who is this for?
People who want to practice a practical skill and get paid for work a client accepts. You do not need a portfolio yet. You do need to read the brief.
How does pay work?
Each desk publishes the rate: per accepted batch, per sale, or per completed study. Declined work is not paid. Accounts writes you when a payout is ready.
Is this a job?
No. You are a member taking briefs. There is no salary and no guarantee of hours. There is a standard, a review, and pay for accepted work.
What does it cost to join?
Creating an account is free. Some coaching desks may add a materials fee later — if they do, it will be written on that service before you apply.
How fast do you reply?
Applications and contact notes are read within two working days.
Open cohort
Bring a skill. Leave with paid work.
